The second episode begins with Pushpavalli waiting at the tea stall. The tea boy is playing with two mice. A man from Nikhil’s office walks towards the stall. Pushpavalli alerts the tea boy. It’s the manager through whom the tea boy will get to know Nikhil’s consignment date. The tea boy tries his best, but the manager doesn’t share any specific information about the consignment. After the manager leaves, Pushpavalli scolds the tea boy; One, for not being able to pull out information about the consignment and two, for not procuring four mice and getting just two. She then tells him to call her when Nikhil comes to the stall in the evening.

Pushpavalli goes to the library. She tries to convince Pankaj to give her her job back. Pankaj is not at all interested. He refuses upfront. Pankaj suggests that Pushpavalli ask Vidyut for some money. After all, she’s here to spend time with his family. Pushpavalli then lies to Pankaj saying that Vidyut is in debt and she’d like to do her bit. That’s why she needs the job. Pankaj thinks it’s good that Pushpavalli wishes to help her fiance but doesn’t approve of her working in the library because it’s very close to Nikhil’s office. Pankaj doesn’t want Pushpavalli to yet again get caught in the catastrophe of her assumptions and delusions. Poor Pankaj, he doesn’t know that Pushpavalli didn’t ever get over Nikhil. She is still in the same place when it comes to Nikhil.

Pankaj goes out to see off Swati. We learn that she is going to China for two weeks. We also learn that Pankaj and Swati are in a relationship now.

Meanwhile, the library phone rings. Pushpavalli picks it up. The call is from an animal center, to inform them that they won’t be able to send the chameleon which Pankaj had asked for. There is a reptile workshop planned. The chameleon was requested for the purpose of the workshop. Pushpavalli tells the animal center person to bring a snake instead. Then Pushpavalli texts on the kids’ moms group that Pankaj has got a snake in the library.

The animal center person comes with the snake. Pushpavalli lets the snake out free. She also creates panic amongst the kids by mentioning it. By then, the raging moms also arrive. They lash out at Pankaj - How could he have a snake in the library without any supervision? Pushpavalli comes to his rescue. She handles the situation well but mentions that Pankaj doesn’t want her to work in the library because she is getting married. The ladies get offended. They think Pankaj is a regressive man. Now Pankaj is left with no other choice than to give Pushpavalli her job back. Pushpavalli rejoices.

At the end of the day, Nikhil comes to pick Arhaan, Swati’s son at the library. Pushpavalli and Nikhil have a strange encounter over there. 

Pushpavalli then leaves for her PG. Initially, Vasu pretends to not recognize Pushpavalli. Then Vasu tells Pushpavalli that she falls in her “Don’t want” category. Pushpavalli, however, assures Vasu that she has both rent and deposit this time, which she can pay immediately. Vasu agrees to let Pushpavalli stay in the PG and welcomes her inside. Pushpavalli pays the money. 

Vasu then calls Ankita, a girl from Pune who lives in the PG but hasn’t paid the rent. Vasu asks Pushpavalli to put Ankita’s things out in order to live there. Pushpavalli is reluctant but she has no other choice. As she moves towards Ankita’s room, a snake creeps out of Pushpavalli’s bag. Vasu freaks out. Pushpavalli manages to get the snake out of the house. But Vasu changes her mind and doesn’t want Pushpavalli to stay anymore. She pushes both Pushpavalli and Ankita out of the house.
