The fourth episode of the second season of Pushpavalli begins with Pushpavalli making snow cones or ‘golas’ for the kids. Nikhil comes to pick Arhaan up. He thanks Pushpavalli for helping him get the doctor’s notes. Pushpavalli then asks him if he’s back working on the consignment. Nikhil says yes but he’s not fully sure if the consignment will be successful. Pushpavalli asks why he is not sure. Nikhil tells her that his quality manager has a lot of issues. He is not cooperating with Nikhil to work properly for the consignment. Pushpavalli offers to help Nikhil read the water report which his quality manager is unable to.

In the middle of Pushpavalli and Nikhil’s conversation, Pankaj intrudes. He intends to break the conversation between the two so that Pushpavalli doesn’t get carried away again. After Nikhil leaves, Pankaj taunts Pushpavalli. He doesn’t want her to indulge with Nikhil at all.  

In the PG, we see Pushpavalli tip-toeing into the kitchen. She hunts for butter in the fridge. As she finds a bar of butter, she takes a bite with a sigh but is interrupted by Tara and Srishti. They blackmail Pushpavalli threatening to tell Vasu about her if she doesn’t inform them about her future plans with Nikhil. 

Vasu appears in the kitchen while mumbling something. Pushpavalli freaks out. Tara and Srishti tell her that Vasu is sleepwalking. She will turn around and go. Pushpavalli is relieved. After Vasu leaves, the three quickly go back to their room.

When Vasu wakes up, she finds the fridge open in the kitchen and a bitten butter bar on the slab. She brings out the Sherlock Holmes in herself and starts to investigate who bit her butter. In order to find the culprit, she asks all the PG girls to take a bite of butter. All the girls are disgusted and disagree. Vasu announces that she will not procure groceries for the house and stops their cook from coming. 

Meanwhile, in the library, Pankaj makes Arhaan talk to his mom and resolves his argument with Swati while on the same call.

Nikhil comes looking for Pushpavalli. He asks her if she can help him by reading his company’s water report. Pushpavalli agrees but Pankaj interrupts and asks her to finish the work at the library first. Pushpavalli assures Pankaj that she will finish the work the next day. While reminding her that he is paying her, Pankaj discloses that Pushpavalli is working to pay Vidyut’s debt. Pushpavalli is not pleased at all and goes on with her work in the library. Pankaj expresses regret and asks her to go.

Pushpavalli goes to Nikhil’s office. He is in a conversation with his quality manager. The quality manager is making excuses for changing the water filter. Pushpavalli chips in and tries to reason with him. They decide to go and check their source water tank. 

Pushpavalli asks Nikhil to get a sterile container.

Before Nikhil comes to the tank area, Pushpavalli climbs into it. She asks for the container and a scooper inside. Nikhil panics and repeatedly asks Pushpavalli to come out quickly.

Pushpavalli collects water from the tank in the container and hands it over to Nikhil. The water is filthy. Nikhil scolds his quality manager. Then Pushpavalli passes on the scooper. The scooper is filled with dead rats. Nikhil starts scolding Ramesh, the quality manager for not doing a good enough job.

In the next scene, we see Nikhil encouraging Pushpavalli to puke. Pushpavalli is not able to, so Nikhil starts to talk about disgusting situations so that she does. Pushpavalli ends up puking and the episode ends.
