The sixth episode of Pushpavalli begins with her standing at her stall at the Food Expo looking for Nikhil around. Kavya, her friend at the stall taunts her for being an opportunist as she got Nikhil’s number for Saloni but is hanging around with him herself. Nikhil arrives at the stall to ask Pushpavalli to go for a seminar. They leave together.

Cut to Pushpavalli’s apartment, we see her making bread-butter sandwiches. Vasu enters the kitchen. According to her timetable, bread is the assigned breakfast for another day. She asks Pushpavalli why she is not following the timetable even after repeated warnings. Pushpavalli whispers that she’s on her period due to which she cannot touch the gas stove. Vasu says it is too regressive of Pushpavalli to think this way.

Vasu takes a garbage bag and goes out in the hall. All the other girls are also coincidentally on their period at the same time. Vasu asks everyone to keep their dirty pads in one place so that she can go and collect them and then dispose of them properly. 

While at the library, Swati, a child’s mother and a regular visitor of the library is around. She wishes a belated happy birthday to Pushpavalli. Nikhil is a common friend between the two. Swati mentions that she has known Nikhil for a very long time. She also tells Pushpavalli that it was Nikhil who she called for help before her ex-husband when her son got injured. Swati then thanks Pushpavalli for going for the comedy show with Nikhil as he has been a bit stressed these days. Nikhil’s mother has been unwell, Swati tells Pushpavalli. 

Meanwhile, a kid tells Pankaj that there is something dirty in the washroom. It is a used sanitary pad. Pankaj tells the kid that it’s a special band-aid for girls and there is nothing dirty about it. He asks the kid to dispose of the pad himself.

Pushpavalli calls Nikhil to offer him help as his mother is not doing well. Nikhil thanks her for the offer but politely declines it. Pushpavalli however insists. Nikhil seems a bit occupied. He says no again, more firmly this time, and tells her that he’ll call her later.

Meanwhile, Swati does not approve of the band-aid analogy for pads and pulls up Pankaj for asking a 6-year-old to deal with used sanitary pads. 

As Swati leaves, Pushpavalli asks her for Nikhil’s mom’s number. Swati is a bit hesitant to share the number but Pushpavali manipulates her. Pushpavalli tells Swati that Nikhil’s mom was too sweet to her when she first met her at Guruji’s so the least she could do is return the favour by asking her if she needs help. Swati gives Pushpavalli the number, however also tells her to first text and only then call as his mom is a very private person. 

Pushpavalli, on the other hand, is just too restless. She calls Nikhil’s mom as soon as Swati leaves. On the call, Pushpavalli acts as a delivery person and learns Nikhil’s house address.

Pushpavalli then leaves early from work and goes to Nikhil’s house directly. Pushpavalli is becoming really creepy now along with a stalker. Nikhil’s mom opens the door and doesn’t recognize Pushpavalli. Pushpavalli introduces herself as Nikhil’s friend and that they met at Guruji’s. Nikhil’s mom recalls but is reluctant to invite Pushpavalli in. Pushpavalli does make her way into the house. One can see that Nikhil’s mom is not at all interested in entertaining Pushpavalli.

Pushpavalli sits on the couch. She asks Nikhil’s mom about her back pain and shares unsolicited tips to heal backache. It is evident, his mom is not interested in talking to her. Then Nikhil’s father comes to the living area. He switches on the television. Pushpavalli tries hard to make a conversation with him. But even he is highly uninterested in talking with Pushpavalli.

Pushpavalli sees a bloodstain on the sofa she sat on. She hides it by turning the sofa mattress around. Now Pushpavalli needs to go to the washroom. She asks Nikhil’s mother for the washroom but she takes Pushpavalli to the kitchen instead. In the kitchen, Pushpavalli helps her cut vegetables. Nikhil’s mom does not encourage Pushpavalli to stay at all but she is there on the pretext of waiting for Nikhil to come back home.

Pushpavalli finally goes to the washroom. Meanwhile, Nikhil comes back from work. His mom tells him that Pushpavalli is at home and that her presence is totally unasked for. Nikhil goes in and knocks at the washroom door. Pushpavalli comes out and begins to chat with Nikhil normally. Nikhil, however, is not in a good mood at all. He tells Pushpavalli that her coming to his house is creeping him out. He totally does not approve of it and asks Pushpavalli to leave immediately. 

The episode ends with Pushpavalli standing outside the closed door of Nikhil’s house while she stares into his dog’s eyes.
