Mirzapur Season 2 Episode 4 : Bhaymukt
In the fourth episode of Amazon’s hit web-series Mirzapur, the Tripathis now know Guddu Pandit is alive and is planning to take revenge. How are the Tripathis going to manage this new threat?

The new episode begins with Kaleen Bhaiya coming to the conclusion that Guddu and Lala are working together. Munna is asked to handle the political rallies and stay away from Guddu.
At the rally Munna meets CM's widowed daughter, Madhuri. Munna is his usual arrogant and crass self but Madhuri seems to find this amusing.
We see Munna and Madhuri bond at her residence in Sonbhadra. Madhuri's fascination with Munna is quite strange given she is a smart and well educated while Munna is the exact opposite
In Balia, Guddu apologises to Shabnam for coming to her wedding. He believes if he hadn't been there, then Munna also wouldn't have crashed the wedding and killed Shabhnam's husband.
In Mirzapur, Beena brings back her servant, Raja. She then manipulates him into thinking she is pregnant with his child. She gets Raja to murder Akhandanand's doctor so that he never finds out he is impotent and she could continue to keep him in the dark.
Back at Balia, Lala's opium business is on full throttle. When Shabnam tries to talk to Guddu, Golu becomes unreasonably hostile.
Guddu and Golu go back to Lucknow to meet Dimpy. Here they find their broker, Robin has become close friends with her. Robin is very egoistic with Guddu and soon Guddu pins him on the wall in anger. Later Golu goes to invest money with Robin herself. Here she meets another of Robin's clients. He is a new character, we don't know much about him, but enough indication is given that he would be an important recurring character in future episodes
In Mirzapur, Kaleen Bhaiya organises a meeting with his opium traders. He admonishes them for trading with Lala and Guddu. Munna is asked to take a decision in this matter and within seconds he shoots one of the traders that betrayed them. No surprise there. Munna Bhaiya is famous for being trigger friendly. Sharad Shukla, who is watching all this, quickly stops Munna from killing more traders and proposes a new business deal with them.
Later Sharad tries to bond with Munna. He then gaslights him to go against his father's orders and kill Guddu. Meanwhile, Sharad forces the trader he saved from Munna to disclose Guddu's hiding place. He also brings Munna along to kill Guddu and finish the job.
Sharad goes to meet Guddu while acting as an opium trader in a nightclub. Guddu asks him a few questions about the opium and he immediately realises Sharad is not who he is acting to be.
Sharad sensing danger pulls out his father's gun hidden in the cash bag and points it at Guddu. He now tells Guddu he is the son of the man Guddu had killed in cold blood.
A major scuffle takes place where Guddu and Babar fight against Sharad and Munna's men in a bloody battle. Highlight of the fight is when Munna and Guddu have a face off. It is truly spine chilling. Even though Guddu has a serious injury on his foot he manages to fight both Munna and Sharad at the same time. In the end Guddu becomes so violent that Sharad pleads Munna to leave since he was sure they won’t make it out of this carnage alive. End of Episode.
And Mirzapur is back with a bang! We see a bit of Bablu’s sharp wit in Sharad’s planning. Munna has got his potential love interest and the story line has quickly moved forward with this episode. Everything seems to be fitting in place, making this the best out of the first four episodes.
