Feels Like Ishq Trailer Breakdown

Feels Like Ishq is an anthology of six short films, each telling a unique story about falling in love. The films are directed by six dynamic directors - Anand Tiwari, Ruchir Arun, Tahira Kashyap, Sachin Kundalkar, Jaydeep Sarkar and Danish Aslam. The cast includes Rohit Saraf, Radhika Madan, Tanya Maniktala, Amol Parashar, Neeraj Madhav, Simran Jehani, Kajol Chugh, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Skand Thakur, Zayn Marie Khan, Saba Azad, and Mihir Ahuja.

The trailer gives us a glimpse of the varied backgrounds the characters belong to and the different settings they meet in. The first one called Star Host, starring Rohit Saraf, introduces us to him as a host at a hotel in Mahabaleshwar where he meets the character of Simran Jehani. Next is Save the Da(y)te with Radhika Madan and Amol Parashar. They bump into each other when Radhika’s character is looking for her best friend. Then comes Ishq Mastana. A story of Kabir and Mehr. Mehr is the type of girl who meets for a date in a protest. This looks very interesting. The fourth short is called She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not, which is about a 23-year-old Muskaan who is bisexual and falls for her boss. Probably the most relatable short for viewers is Quarantine Crush. It is the story of a young boy, Maninder, who is smitten by the girl who lives in the house opposite to his. During the lockdown, they bond over exchanging homemade food and playing the guitar together from their respective terraces. And the last one is The Interview, in which two employees meet at their new job and strike a camaraderie.

After a short span of time, which they get to build their relationships, all of them face quite some ups and downs and experience the rollercoaster that is being in a relationship. Nevertheless, the stories seem heartwarming and delightful. Looking forward to having a big smile watching them all. The anthology will premiere on July 23 on Netflix.
