Disappointed that HBO Max isn’t available in India? Fret not! ZEE5 has secured rights for The Reunion episode and you can watch The One Where They Get Back Together episode on the Indian streaming platform.

Friends: The Reunion has been highly anticipated and fans have been demanding a get-together episode for years. Hopes of the fans were majorly hit when it was announced that the filming of the episode was delayed first in March, then in August last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now the date is finally confirmed and the buzz around the famous sitcom has resumed.

Through the trailer we learn that the episode is going to be mostly unscripted and we will see the original cast of Friends: Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry reprise their characters of Monica Geller, Phoebe Buffay, Rachel Green, Joey Tribbiani, Ross Geller and Chandler Bing. The actors are expected to re-enact famous scenes, do table reads of cult-classic episodes and give us some inside stories on behind the scenes that happened almost two decades ago. 

Actors who played famous recurring characters like Janice Hosenstein and Richard Burke are also going to make an appearance. But fan favourite Mike Hannigan played by Paul Rudd is unfortunately going to be absent.

Friends: The Reunion has a very interesting and unexpected guest star list too! Everyone is hyped with the announcement of soccer legend David Beckham’s appearance along with Justin Beiber, South Korean boy band BTS and Lady Gaga. Mindy Kaling, Malala Yousafzai and Kit Harington, of Game of Thrones fame, are also set to join the main cast.

It is reported that James Corden is going to be hosting this episode.

Friends have been a very strong and memorable cultural phenomenon for both 90s kids and the millennials generation. Expectations from The Reunion are extremely high.
