The episode begins with Ronny and his sister watching television. The doorbell rings. It’s a cake with a card for Ronny. Shanoo complains to their parents that Ronny’s girlfriend must have sent the cake. Ronny brushes it off and quickly takes the cake to his room stating that it is sent by his friends Anwar and Kranti.

The next morning, Avantika calls Anwar and Kranti to know what their plan is for Ronny’s birthday. They do not have a surprise or anything planned for Ronny. They tell her that they wished Ronny at midnight, now it’s time for him to treat them with food in the evening. Certainly Avantika was expecting more. She asks Anwar and Kranti to think of something he really wants. Anwar and Kranti ask Avantika to come to Kranti’s restaurant.

Avantika arrives. Anwar tells her that this one time, someone did not believe Ronny when he said his uncle is the MLA of the area. That day Ronny had claimed that there would be hoardings around the city of him with his uncle. But this hasn’t happened yet. So Anwar suggests they put up a hoarding of Ronny with his uncle wishing him birthday. Avantika agrees to the plan and gets excited. She gives the responsibility of getting the flex printed and putting it up to Anwar and Kranti, while she will spend time with Ronny to distract him.

In the next scene we see Ronny leaving his house to come to Kranti’s restaurant. While chatting with Anwar and Kranti, Ronny learns that Avantika was there before him. He asks Anwar why she was there. Although it is supposed to be a secret, Anwar spills the tea because he cannot hide anything from his master. Ronny obviously does not want this hoarding to go up. He once again cooks up a story to convince Kranti and Anwar to not go ahead with this plan. So now they have to convince Avantika as well, but this story cannot be shared with her because apparently her heart will break. So Anwar and Kranti come up with an excuse that all the printing shops have refused to print the flex at such short notice. 

Next, we see Avantika going to a printing shop herself. She orders for the flex and leaves to meet Ronny at a cafe. At the cafe, Ronny thanks Avantika for the cake she sent him. Avantika tells him that it was not her. Someone else must have sent it. I wonder who that someone else could be.

Meanwhile, Ronny’s father visits Kranti’s restaurant to learn more about Ronny and if he has a girlfriend. Anwar and Kranti, like good friends, stay tight lipped. 

Avantika calls Anwar to inform him that she has gotten the flex printed. Now she just needs their help in putting it up. Anwar and Kranti, amazed by the fact that Avantika got it done herself, leave for the printing shop. After a lot of hustle to carry the flex on their bike, they finally reach the location where the hoarding will be put. As per Ronny’s command, Anwar and Kranti must not put up the flex. But Kranti believes that they must put it up when they have already got it now. 

Meanwhile, at Ronny’s house, there’s a delivery of flowers for Ronny. His mother asks the delivery boy who has sent them. The delivery boy is not aware of the name of the girl but he notices Ronny’s sister and recognizes her as the girl who ordered him to deliver the flowers. Turns out, Shanoo was trying to frame Ronny into this story of having a girlfriend who is sending him cake and flowers.

In the next scene, we see Avantika taking Ronny to a surprise location. As they reach, she asks Ronny to look away. The hoarding is put up but to her surprise, the names and the photographs of Ronny and his uncle are painted over. Avantika gets disappointed to see that. Anwar and Kranti have done this. But they tell Avantika that the leaders of the opposition party are behind this. In this way, Avantika’s wish of getting the hoarding up as well as Ronny’s command to not reveal a photograph of him with his uncle are fulfilled. Avantika apologises to Ronny for spoiling the surprise. However, Ronny is proud of Anwar and Kranti. He tells Avantika that her love for him is reflected in the efforts she put in for his birthday. The hoarding surprise not working out does not matter to him.
