The first episode begins with Ronny, the lead of the show played by Zakir Khan returning back to his city Indore from Delhi by train. We see him doing weird antics on the train. He gets off from the gate opposite the platform and then enters the AC compartment. He walks a bit inside the compartment and then gets off on the platform. His two friends, Anwar and Krantiare are present to welcome Ronny. Ronny cooks up a story that his uncle called up the ticket collector to provide him a seat in the AC compartment. Here comes the phrase “Chacha vidhayak hain humare”.

Ronny meets Avantika, the girl he likes, in the market. She tells him that she missed him while Ronny was away. Ronny assures her that now he will not leave and will be available to pick and drop her from her office. Avantika has a polybag in her hand. Ronny asks her what it is. Avantika tells him that it is a saree. She brought it to give it to the tailor for doing fall and pico. Ronny takes it from her to get the work done for her. Avantika happily hands her saree over to Ronny and leaves. 

Next, we see Ronny being fed by his mother. His dad sitting next to them asks Ronny when he is returning to Delhi. Ronny responds that he has decided to prepare for bank exams. He says he has dropped the idea of becoming an IPS officer. His dad is not pleased by Ronny’s decision and comments that Ronny will not be able to succeed in anything. He has wasted the last three years hopping from one profession to another but hasn’t gotten anything concrete. Thus, his father believes that Ronny will end up doing a bad job. Meanwhile, Ronny’s sister comes to get her marksheet signed. She has scored full marks in her exam. 

As Ronny stands up to leave the dining area, his father notices a polybag in Ronny’s hand. His father asks him about the bag. Ronny says this is a saree he bought for his mother that day and gives it to her. His mother is pleased. 

Then we see the three friends, Ronny, Kranti and Anwar chilling at a restaurant. Ronny shares his experience of living in Delhi and the funny instances he encountered, with the other two. A young boy, Rahul, Anwar’s acquaintance, complains to Ronny that he got caught by the police for trippling on a scooty. The police officer confiscated his scooty and also slapped him in front of his girlfriend. Ronny, the guy brimming with overconfidence in the name of a non-existent “chacha” who is the “vidhayak”, promises Rahul to get him back his scooty and also slap the police officer to take his revenge.

Next day, the saree which Ronny gifted his mom goes missing. Everyone in the house looks for it but no success. The viewer knows the thief is Ronny himself. It was Avantika’s saree. How could he leave it with his mother?

Meanwhile, Rahul goes around showing off his new found brother Ronny and his machismo. Rahul goes to the police station and declares that Ronny will come and give two slaps to Singham - the police officer who had hit Rahul.

On the other hand, Ronny has still not got the time to get the fall and pico done of Avantika’s saree. 

Ronny drops Avantika to her office. While talking to Ronny, Avantika asks Ronny about her saree. Ronny makes an excuse and promises to give it to her before her function. 

Ronny learns about the songs Rahul has been singing around in the city. Ronny scolds Rahul for doing so. Then Ronny gives Avantika’s saree to Anwar to get the fall and pico done. After Ronny leaves, in order to make things even between himself and Ronny, Rahul takes the saree from Anwar to get the work done. 

Now there are only two hours left for Avantika’s function. She calls Ronny to ask for the saree but Ronny doesn’t even have it . Ronny lashes out at Anwar when he learns that Anwar has passed on the responsibility of the saree to Rahul. 

When Ronny calls Rahul, the police officer, Singham picks up on the other side. Singham is now aware of the fact that Ronny is supposedly going to slap him for confiscating Rahul’s scooty. Singham dares Ronny to come to the police station and slap him and in return he can take the scooty along with Rahul.

Ronny along with his two sidekicks, Anwar and Kranti reach the police station. Like a scared cat, he apologises to Singham for claiming to slap him in front of Rahul. Singham lets Rahul go with his scooty but doesn’t allow Ronny and his friends to leave. All the constables in the police station, along with the chaiwala, the paanwala outside are excited that Ronny will slap Singham. They cheer for Ronny whereas Ronny stands with his hands dripping in sweat. Even Singham is an egoistic man. He stands tall in front of Ronny waiting for him to slap him. After an enormous amount of insistence and cheers from the people around, Ronny finally slaps Singham.

In the next scene, we see Ronny sitting outside the lockup speaking to Avantika through a constable’s phone. Her saree reached her on time. This is a relief for Ronny. He lies to her saying that he is in Bhopal for 2-3 days but perhaps that is the duration for which he will stay in the lockup.
