Bandish Bandits Season 1 Episode 6 Recap

Panditji’s condition continues to worsen. Radhe focuses on his career in pop music with the help of Tamanna and Arghya.
The new song is a hit but there’s only one problem - people seem to like Radhe more than Tamanna. Tamanna’s mother warns her that in order to sing on an international platform with her idol, Queen Elli, Tamanna needs to establish her dominance and prove that she’s the better half of the duo.
Tamanna dismisses her remarks and recalls the days of her childhood when her mother constantly criticised her abilities as a musician.
Tamanna acts unbothered, but she is clearly worried about being overshadowed by an outsider. But she also feels bad because she’s jealous of her own boyfriend.
Radhe’s father visits the palace and requests the Maharaja’s help. He asks Maharaja for the money to help pay for Panditji’s treatment. But Maharaja is unwilling to help.
More trouble for Tamanna follows. The record label is more interested in Radhe. They create a poster which only highlights the “mask man” and not Tamanna. She feels sidelined in her own world but her opinion is not given any importance.
A fairly short episode with only a few things happening around, as the series heads into the second half, we are seeing the repercussions of things that have happened until now.
This episode was a 3/5.
