14 Phere is a social comedy drama produced by Zee 5. The film stars Vikrant Massey, Kriti Kharbanda, Yamini Das, Vineet Kumar, Vinay Pathak and Gauhar Khan. 

14 Phere is the story of Sanjay and Aditi played by Vikrant Massey and Kriti Kharbanda respectively, who meet in college and fall in love with each other gradually. The two start living together. The conflict arises when they decide to marry. Aditi’s father is radically against love marriages. He cannot even stand them in movies. On the other hand, Sanjay’s father won’t accept an inter-caste marriage. So the two decide to have two weddings for themselves. Aditi and Sanjay hire a set of fake parents, who’ll act as Sanjay’s mother and father in front of Aditi’s family and as Aditi’s parents in front of Sanjay’s family. 

14 Phere looks like a fun ride to get on to. The chaos and confusion which the double weddings (and everything related to them) bring should be good for ample laughs. Vikrant Massey, with his recent success in Haseen Dillruba looks in good form. Kriti Kharbanda is also a decent performer.

Directed by Devanshu Singh, 14 Phere will be out on Zee 5 on July 23.
